About the Role
This position forms part of the hospital’s Support Services Directorate and plays an important role in ensuring that transport and logistical needs are met efficiently. The Driver will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transport for staff, patients, and essential goods.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 10 qualification
- At least 1–2 years of relevant driving experience
- A valid Code C1 driver’s licence
- A valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) or willingness to renew it at own cost

- Monitoring fuel, oil, water, and tyre conditions to ensure roadworthiness
- Transporting staff and patients safely to various destinations
- Performing messenger duties and supporting general office functions
- Assisting with registry-related tasks when required
- Loading and offloading goods as part of delivery responsibilities
- Ensuring proper control, safekeeping, and responsible use of government vehicles
- Maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles
