Introduction

Job Description:

• Accurately and efficiently perform all point-of-sale activities
• Accurately scan stock and process payment to high levels, including Clicks’ ClubCard rewards
• Maintain the safe handling and control of cash at all times
• Promote Clicks’ ClubCard programme and recruit new members to meet participation levels
• Inform customers of available promotions to increase sales and enhance the shopping experience
• Offer great customer service through friendliness, professionalism, and attention to customer needs
• Maintain merchandising standards and general housekeeping of the store
• Participate in Clicks Group’s vision to be the best health and beauty retailer by living the values of the company
• Stay informed regarding products, promotions, and events to provide customers with accurate information

• Accurately and efficiently process all POS transactions
• Follow store procedures for sales transactions and stock handling
• Provide a seamless checkout experience for the customers

Customer Engagement

• Provide a friendly and positive shopping experience
• Assist customers with promotional, ClubCard reward, and stock availability inquiries
• Deliver customer satisfaction through the resolution of issues in an efficient and professional manner

Merchandising & Housekeeping

• Display and maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
• Stock and face up shelves in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure promotional material is correctly displayed

Cash Handling & Security

• Process payments accurately and securely
• With honesty and vigilance, manage cash and card transactions
• Follow company procedures on loss prevention and cash management
