Job Purpose:
To equip high-potential graduates with technical expertise, operational insight, and professional readiness through immersive learning and practical experience across the value chain. The outcome at the end of the programme should be that these trainees can then manage the key operational areas.
Responsibilities
As an Engineering Trainee, you will:
Acquire practical knowledge and understanding of plant equipment, processes, theory, and operational principles through self-directed effort in a hands-on learning environment.
Participate in key projects for improvement and optimization important to the priorities of the brewery.
Apply VPO methodologies to achieve the ultimate goal in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot systemic and situational operational challenges.
Participate in team-based arrangements, which may include taking on leadership roles as needed.
Share lessons learned, insights, and technical solutions throughout the departments and stakeholders.
Improvement work shall be continuous to support operational excellence.
