Key Responsibilities
The Administrator SC will be responsible for:
- Processing customer accounts and reconciliations
- Resolving documentation and customer queries
- Processing and matching transfer notes for GLS and Chep
- Handling THAN slips, TN slips, AOD purchase orders, control sheets, and PTR documents
- Conducting stock counts on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Investigating incorrect equipment quantities on SAP and warehouse documentation
- Verifying article linkage to packaging material
- Managing inbound handover sheets and daily reports
- Capturing and updating inbound information
- Managing backhaul and transhipment documentation
- Collecting and processing return and rejected order documentation
- Updating vendor return spreadsheets
- Escalating unresolved issues when necessary
- Compiling inbound handover reports for the equipment team
