Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION: To lead a store team to achieve business KPIs such as driving sales, cost control, reducing risks and stock loss, administration and maintaining world class store standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control cost in line with the company low cost culture by delivering efficiencies within the store.
• Perform administrative tasks in the store as per the company policy.
• Leading a dynamic team of Dynamos – taking responsibility for team coaching, training, and performance.
• Standards – maintain overall health, safety and housekeeping standards
• Increase sales by focusing on customer service and world-class store standards, maintenance of the store image, stock management and promotional implementation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Skilled in English.
• Tertiary qualification relevant to the field – degree/diploma in a business/retail related discipline would be an added advantage.
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a retail setting in a leadership position.
• Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite – advantage will be).
• Grade 12
