π Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Certificate in Administration
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative environment
- A Diploma in Administration will be a strong advantage
π§Ύ Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and coordination duties, including:
- Coordinating all administrative functions related to council vehicles within the depot
- Compiling, verifying, and barcoding the movable asset register
- Managing the procurement and acquisition of goods and services
- Receiving, recording, and organizing all incoming correspondence
- Ensuring the safe keeping of files and records
- Administering EMIS systems and ensuring all reported complaints are addressed promptly
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Providing reception and front-desk support at the depot
- Updating and maintaining personnel records and registers
